Out of the many things I learned as a start up software engineer, one of the most important was discovering that my skills, personality, and interests were much better utilized in a product management role.

Product management allows me to use my analytical thinking, ability to solve complex problems, and technical skills while simultaneously taking full advantage of my organizational, planning, and interpersonal skills. It gives me the ability to focus on collaboration and the bigger picture, two things that always felt lacking in an engineering position.

While I’ve been primarily focused on tech/digital products to date, I’m also incredibly interested in gaming and conservation based products as those are two major passions of mine.

Outside of my career I enjoy snowboarding, gaming, golf, going to concerts and comedy shows with friends, and am an avid NHL fan.
